Manage Your Users
In the Snorble mobile app, a Village is a group of users who can interact with your family's Snorble through their app. This can include:
- Parents and guardians
- Babysitters and caretakers
- Relatives and friends
Each villager can view the bedtime experience set for your child. Depending on the permission level you set, they may be able to do more, such as edit the experience or add other users to your village. This page will go over how to add a user to your village.
Requirements
If you're adding a user to your account, here are some things to keep in mind:
- You can have up to six users in your account (including yourself).
- Each user must have a first name, last name, and email address.
Permission levels
There are three permission levels for users on an account: Account Holder, Guardian, and Caregiver. While the account owner is always the person who set up the account, you can assign the other roles to villagers you add to the account. Here s a breakdown:

Invite a User
To invite a user:
1. Open the navigation menu and tap Guardians & Caregivers.
o NOTE: If you haven't added a guardian or caregiver yet, you ll see an introduction screen. Read it carefully, then tap Add a guardian or caregiver.
2. Enter your new user's details, including: first name, last name, email, and permission level.
3. Tap Send Invitation
Your new villager will receive an email in their inbox with a verification code. Once they download the app, they'll enter the verification code to link their account to yours. From there, they'll set up their account and add themselves to your village. If they have already installed the app, then they'll just need to log in and add the verification code to link to your account.
Resend an invite
If a user hasn't accepted their invite, you can resend their invitation at any time.
1. Open the navigation menu and tap Guardians & Caregivers.
2. Locate the villager and tap Resend Invitation
Edit A User's Permission Level
To change a user's permission level:
1. Open the navigation menu and tap Guardians & Caregivers.
2. Locate the user and tap Edit account
3. Expand the Permissions dropdown menu and select the new permission level.
4. Tap Save
Delete a user
To remove a user from your account:
1. Open the navigation menu and tap Guardians & Caregivers.
2. Locate the user and tap Edit account
3. Tap Remove user
HEADS UP: This will permanently remove this user from your account and revoke all access. You'll need to invite them again if you would like to re-add them.
