Safety and Care

Safety Instructions

LullaPod™ Placement

The cable that powers Snorble's LullaPod should be at least 3 feet away from your child's crib. Cables of any variety could pose a strangulation hazard while your child sleeps.

Snorble® Placement

For children under 3

If your child is younger than three years, we recommend placing Snorble in the base. Children may attempt to climb Snorble to get out of the crib, which could pose a falling hazard. Snorble will still be able to help your child self-soothe, even in the base.

For children over 3

If your child is older than three years old, their Snorble can be in bed with them.

Care Instructions

Cleaning Snorble

IMPORTANT: Snorble cannot take baths

Avoid submerging Snorble in liquid. If water gets inside Snorble's casing, it could irreparably damage them.

Regular cleaning

While playing with your child, Snorble is likely to get a little dirty. You can clean Snorble's skin with a cloth damp with warm water and a mild detergent, like dish soap.

If Snorble gets really dirty

If Snorble gets covered in gunk, the skin can be stretched and peeled off from the bottom. Once peeled, you can clean the skin with warm water and mild detergent, like dish soap.

Maintaining Snorble

Updating Snorble

Snorble will receive regular updates to increase security, add new content, and improve their performance. You'll see a notification in the Dashboard of your Snorble mobile app if there is an update available. To update from the app:

  1. Ensure your Snorble is connected to a power supply and your mobile device and Snorble are connected to the same wifi network.
  2. Expand the navigation menu and tap Devices.
  3. Tap the device you wish to update.
  4. Tap Check for updates.
  5. Tap Update now to complete.

Your child's Snorble should say, "Hang on, I m getting an update" to confirm that an update is taking place. It will not be able to perform any activities at this time.

NOTE: Your child will be unable to play with Snorble while it updates.

If Snorble has hardware issues, please reach out to our support team. For safety reasons, Snorble cannot be disassembled or taken apart. Trying to take your Snorble apart will not only void your warranty, but it may also make it impossible to put Snorble back together.
