Network (WiFi) Connection Issues

If you're having problems connecting Snorble to your home network (WiFi), there are a few things to note first:

  • Snorble must be connected to the same network that your phone is on.
  • If you have the choice, 5G is a better option when choosing the network.
  • Ensuring the LullaPod™ is off during this step can also help.

If these suggestions do not address the issue, then it is best to delete Snorble from your child's account and try to connect them again.

In order to do this, you select the menu from the top right-hand corner in the app, and then choose your child's Snorble. In that screen, there is an option to delete Snorble from the account. Once you've done this, you'll need to close and restart the app. You can follow these instructions to do that on your phone:

Android - https://support.google.com/android/answer/9079646?hl=en

Apple - https://support.apple.com/en-ca/109359

It's best to also restart Snorble before you try to pair them again, so hold the power button on their bottom for 5-10 seconds and then wait until the fans stop before you hold it again. Once you hear a small vibration, you can let go.

After they've started-up, please follow the onboarding steps to connect them to your wifi network again. If the problem persists, then contact Customer Support for assistance.
