Problems with Power

To turn Snorble on, please press and hold the small button on their bottom for 5-10 seconds or until you hear a light vibration. Once this happens, you should see the Snorble logo on the display before a spinning rainbow and then their face.

In order to turn them off, you simply hold the button again until you see their shutdown animation.

If Snorble is not responding to the button pressing or shuts down unexpectedly, it is likely due to their battery being too low to operate. To resolve this issue, please place them on the LullaPod™ or plug them in directly using the adapter for 2-3 hours to fully charge them.

If Snorble still does not start after being fully charged, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
