Update Your Contact Info
If you need to change your name, email, or phone number in Snorble:
- Expand the navigation menu and tap My account.
- Tap the field you want to change and make your changes.
- Tap Update to save your settings.
Change Your Data Sharing Preferences
If you would like to update the information you share with Snorble:
- Expand the navigation menu and tap Devices
- Tap the device you would like to update.
- Tap Data sharing preferences.
- Enable the data-sharing options and tap Save.
Once you tap Save, these settings will apply to your Snorble once it connects to a wifi network.
HEADS UP: Snorble relies on each option to give you the best experience. We strongly recommend enabling all options.
Change Your Password
If you need to change your password:
- Expand the navigation menu and tap My account.
- Tap Change my password
- Enter your old password, then your new one.
- Tap Update.
NOTE: If you sign in via Apple, Google, or Facebook, this option will not appear.
Delete Your Account
Note: only an account holder can delete a family account. It's also important to know you will only be able to delete your account if you've removed your Snorble first. This removes your settings and allows the Snorble to be paired with another family.
- Expand the navigation menu and tap My account.
- Tap Delete my account
- Enter your Snorble password, then tap Proceed.
WARNING: Once you tap Proceed, there's no going back. You'll need to create a new account.
