Is Your Snorble Freezing?
If your Snorble is frozen, stuck on a routine, or showing a spinning rainbow wheel for a prolonged period, it's possible they may have crashed.
In most cases, simply restarting them by holding the small power button on their bottom for 5-10 seconds will resolve the issue. However, if the issues persists after they have restarted, then it may be necessary to do a power cycle.
While Snorble® is plugged directly into the power adapter and your LullaPod™ is unplugged, you can use a sewing needle or something similar and press it into the small hole (#8) on the bottom of Snorble near the power button for 15-20 seconds.
Once you have them back up and running, you can then do the following to connect to your local network (if needed):
- First, delete Snorble from your child's account and try to connect them again. In order to do this, you select the menu from the top right-hand corner in the app, and then choose your child's Snorble. In that screen, there is an option to delete Snorble from the account.
Once you've done this, you'll need to close and restart the app. You can follow these instructions to do that on your phone:
Apple - https://support.apple.com/en-ca/109359
Android - https://support.google.com/android/answer/9079646?hl=en
- It's best to also restart Snorble before you try to pair them again, so hold the power button on their bottom for 5-10 seconds and then wait until the fans stop before you hold it again. Once you hear a small vibration, you can let go.
- After they've started-up, please follow the onboarding steps to connect them to your wifi network again.
