Is Your Snorble Freezing?

If your Snorble is frozen, stuck on a routine, or showing a spinning rainbow wheel for a prolonged period, it's possible they may have crashed.

In most cases, simply restarting them by holding the small power button on their bottom for 5-10 seconds will resolve the issue. However, if the issues persists after they have restarted, then it may be necessary to do a power cycle.

While Snorble® is plugged directly into the power adapter and your LullaPod™ is unplugged, you can use a paperclip and press it into the small hole (#9) on the bottom of Snorble near the power button for 15-20 seconds.

Once you have them back up and running, you can then do the following to connect to your local network (if needed):

  • First, delete Snorble from your child's account and try to connect them again. In order to do this, you select the menu from the top right-hand corner in the app, and then choose your child's Snorble. In that screen, there is an option to delete Snorble from the account.
  • Once you've done this, you'll need to close and restart the app. You can follow these instructions to do that on your phone:

  • It's best to also restart Snorble before you try to pair them again, so hold the power button on their bottom for 5-10 seconds and then wait until the fans stop before you hold it again. Once you hear a small vibration, you can let go.
  • After they've started-up, please follow the onboarding steps to connect them to your wifi network again.
